Skim Colostrum

1. Colostrum is high in protein and low in fat and sugar. It's filled with white blood cells that produce antibodies. The immune-boosting effects of colostrum are mostly due to its high concentration of the antibodies IgA and IgG.

3. Bovine colostrum (BC) from pasture-fed cows contains specific immunoglobulins that protect against many human pathogens, and has been used to treat dystrophic eye lesions involving epithelial cell breakdown due to severe dry eye.
